However, Super Rich (Ratchadamri) actually gives you much better exchange rate. Do they have any exchange booths in Phuket?

Yahoo is wrong. Always has been. As it has already been said no Super Rich here, only in Bangkok. The link you have above seems pretty accurate. And for some reason the Baht is getting stronger again against most major currencies.

There are several non-bank exchange in Phuket and have better rate than Bank one.
