If I want to buy veal with a local thai shop/market where do I go? I know I can get it in the supermarket but I want to visit a thai place and compare.

Uhm meatloaf as in minced meat, still raw. I just realised that could lead to a misunderstanding

I've never seen any veal, but I've seen plenty of beef. Is that what you mean?

Yes beef is what I mean. I only see minced pork meat in the markets. I've never seen a sirloin steak in a thai shop/market for example.

Yeah, I only see beef by the piece in Thai markets, and I've visited a lot of them in the Pattaya area (at least 10 different ones). It's not clear to me (not being a butcher) what cut is being sold either. Sorry.
