bambob Posted July 6, 2005 Posted July 6, 2005 Here is a question and poll , could you visit on holiday or live in LOS and remain totally celibate and temperant ? Could you stay totally clean ?? No women and no beer or alchohol ??
Totster Posted July 6, 2005 Posted July 6, 2005 I could probably stay off the booze..... for about a week, then a big binge would probably follow.. Stay off the sex... well .... no...but then again that all depends on the wife, and she's not always in the best mood after a binge (see above) totster
bkkmadness Posted July 6, 2005 Posted July 6, 2005 what kind of timescale we looking at here? Few days is ok, but lets not push it.
BambinA Posted July 6, 2005 Posted July 6, 2005 Here is a question and poll , could you visit on holiday or live in LOS and remain totally celibate and temperant ?Could you stay totally clean ?? No women and no beer or alchohol ?? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Could you stay totally clean ?? >>> yes No women and no beer or alchohol ?? >>> typsy is fun ... and no woman ... im not lesbian Bambi
meadish_sweetball Posted July 6, 2005 Posted July 6, 2005 I already have my woman, and havent ever fancied paying for sex. So I couldnt care less about that part - so far nobody has suggested total celibacy for everyone... apart from a nutter I saw in Christchurch, NZ a few years ago - he thought it would be the best way to save the whales. As for the alcohol though, I dont think I would want to live a life without it.
devildog683 Posted July 6, 2005 Posted July 6, 2005 i could do the no beer thing, but my wife is too damm sexy to stay away from
aughie Posted July 6, 2005 Posted July 6, 2005 The alcohol part is no problem. The other part the question becomes, can she cook?
soi lurker Posted July 7, 2005 Posted July 7, 2005 No beer? well thats easy, dont drink it....... No sex, well man cannot live on Jack Daniels alone..........
lampard10 Posted July 7, 2005 Posted July 7, 2005 Why???????? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Atlast; a sensible answer
penelope Posted July 7, 2005 Posted July 7, 2005 Here is a question and poll , could you visit on holiday or live in LOS and remain totally celibate and temperant ?Could you stay totally clean ?? No women and no beer or alchohol ?? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No alcohol - you vs your mind No sex - you vs the relentless power of nature
mrbojangles Posted July 7, 2005 Posted July 7, 2005 Bambom, We are on this planet once and once only (unless your faith believes otherwise). Absolutley, never, no-way would i even dream (nightmare) of wanting to give up the 2 things that, as far as i am concerned, I live for P.S. The sex would have to be with the wife though. Or as Bambi said in another thread "my Junior would be cut off and thrown to the Ducks" I don't think she's bluffing either Mr BoJ
mrbojangles Posted July 7, 2005 Posted July 7, 2005 P.P.S. The timing of this is great. Look at the news clipping on "DOCTORS’ ADVICE: Sex keeps urge to merge alive Regular intercourse, masturbation key to long sex life, Siriraj physicians say" So why would we want to give up sex? Can't wait for a report that says drinking makes you live longer Mr BoJ
Siam_superfly Posted July 7, 2005 Posted July 7, 2005 NO way.....I dont come to Thailand to be a Monk....
wolf5370 Posted July 7, 2005 Posted July 7, 2005 Ticked - No Sex, No Booze. We are talking a day trip here aren't we?
custard Posted July 8, 2005 Posted July 8, 2005 Yes but only on Buddhist holidays when all pubs/bars are closed and booze cannot be sold.
dereklev Posted July 8, 2005 Posted July 8, 2005 Could stay off both for a few days. Could stay off alcohol for a few weeks and often do when I am at home in Korat. Stay off sex completely......my wife wouldn't let me! !
Tyree D. Posted July 8, 2005 Posted July 8, 2005 before I came to Thailand, I hadn't had sex in 3 years, and I was 24. I had only had it twice in the four years I was away from Asia. Nothing can stop me now.
Totster Posted July 10, 2005 Posted July 10, 2005 Yes but only on Buddhist holidays when all pubs/bars are closed and booze cannot be sold. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> There's ALWAYS somewhere... and with a bit of foresight no need to go without anyway... totster
