Everyone new it.....in time the local pressure to jail or dismiss them was great. Naturally, they were transferred to another locale. Police and local drug trade. Nothing new. You are allowed to indulge in the 2 drugs that are responsible for millions of deaths worldwide annually, Tobacco and Alcohol. No problem as the government make so much money in tax, they're legal.
