Anyone been looking at Land Prices some 20 to 30 KM east of Pattaya lately ? Not looking for "developement-zone" for future "village", just maybe 1 to 2 Rai in rural aerea. I know the pricing of land depends on a lot of different factors. So, maybe the question should rather be: How much more (%) would a property in this general aerea cost, as compared to a similar property in the Isaan. Thanks, Cheers.

Prices vary wildly, i know of two plots in Huay Yai at the moment, both 3 rai, one is a good square shape and flat adjacent to a government road 1.5 million / rai, the other is a very awkward strange shape and the ownwer is looking for 4 Million / rai, <deleted>????

Best you just spend a few days driving around and phoning the numbers on the signs, you never know you might be able to find a gem, you will also get a few shocks!
