Johnny Dowd - That's Your Wife on the back of my horse [2015]

Johnny Dowd's album title taken from this:

Johnny 'Guitar' Watson - Gangster Of Love [1978]

If I was a podiatrist I would recommend all my patients listen to Johnny or Rory- either can cure any foot ailments- free movement guaranteed after just a few seconds of listening:

That banjo playing DB, reminds of a great Taj Mahal song live I have somewhere on cassette, he whips the crowd up something, just on the banjo, something about a stomp.

In a meantime a song that's relevant to this forum at present!

Life was very unfair back in the early 70s-sexism was rampant- blokes like myself would stand on the slip road of a motorway or exit from a service station, for hours sometimes, whilst a bird would turn up, stand at the front of the queue and get a lift within 2 minutes.

But in the end there was always some kind soul to take us on our way

Do people still hitch on the slip roads of the M4,etc?

Holger Czukay - Boat Woman Song [1969]

Holger Czukay is a German musician, probably best known as a co-founder of the krautrock group Can

Some tasteful wah wah pedal from Dave Gilmour with a catchy melody

Gene Clark and Carla Olson- their voices complementing each other.
