What a lovely song by The Captain, DB and The Cult really rock there.

The stones 'we love you' and their other hits from the late sixties.....tops!

Brian Jones- he was a bast..d  towards women, hitting them.

His death- was it murder?

Hendrix -was it murder by his manager,? Jimi worth more dead than alive

Just imagine folks if we had had  the internet and Thai Visa back then. The TV sleuths would have had a field day! The threads would have gone on for years.

Rolling Stones - Little Red Rooster [1964 live cover w/Jones/Jagger interview]

1964 and tutsi is on bass (new Fender Precision Bass, belonged to Walter), Walter's singin' lead (he preferred to play maracas and sing lead), Al's on lead guitar and Steve's on drums...couldn't do the slide on 'l'il red rooster' as Al couldn't figure out the open tuning but we did a passable version anyway...on stage at the afternoon 'sock hop' at the local junior high...

hey...early 60's before slide blues guitar became part of the rock repertoire...gotta give Brian Jones some credit...he did a better job than Keef in that regard...

Keef's lookin' at Brian while he's foolin' with a slide riff: 'say, man...whyn't ye show me a bit of that stuff....'

'well, yesee...ye gots to re - tune things a bit...ease down on the strings t'give an open chord sorta like...'

'ye gotta do what???...'
