heY guys, i know this might be a semi-common quEstion on the THAILAND VISA forum, but i owe one of my thai friends some bahtZ and its like paying time now.. just curious which is the easiest, cheapest and fastest way to transfer bahts? I am in Canada at the moment and i have his bank account # etc.. should i do it through my bank or is like western union to his bank better kind of thing? i have no idea, thanks for any help in advance, VERY much appreciated.

IMHO , if no rush .. Bank "International Fund Transfers" is good choice ..less charge than western union..and it's fast enough too

Make sure you tell your bank that you'll bear the cost of the processing/transaction fee in Thailand or whatever it is called when you wire transfer the money. Otherwise your friend will receive whatever the amount you owe him minus the bank charge in Thailand.
