Hi Guys,

Can anyone tell me if you can get proof of income 'noterised' at the The British honorary consul in Jomtien? I assume that I would need to take copies of my bank statements for the last 12 months. It will save me a trip to Bangkok if possible in Jomtien.

Cheers, Rick

Call your embassy, you may only need to show a few months bank statements not 12. I cannot answer the first part of your question, but assume the Consul may be able to do it for you, if the have a Notary on their staff.

Contact the embassy or consulate. Each embassy sets its own rules about what they accept of proof of income, like tax papers and pay slips.

The British Embassy doesn't notarize declarations of income, they will want to see proof.

Yes, you can get the proof of income letter in Jomtien, the requirements and price is the same as in Bangkok.

If going to Jomtien is inconvenient you can apply to Bangkok by post.
