Yeah, I have because that obviously did not help prevent 6 bombings in a single month from happening.

That is because there isn't a small group of 3 individuals doing this. With the same rhetoric one should give up fighting other terrorist groups in other nations as one or two arrests will not stop the actions...(but it might reduce the number they can carry out or number of recruits they can get).
