Visa Change - Death Of Wife

Recommended Posts

The 97k is a payment not a bank depots - you are out than fee. The basic requirement is having been in Thailand on one year extensions of stay for three years and a number of other factors that are given points - one of the primary is monthly income of 80k or more for the best chance of approval. But for the last three years it seems none have been approved. See the dedicated pinned thread on PR for more detailed information.

In my case I have applied for 1 Year "non O" multi-entry for the last 8 years because I have 2 kids, I'm not married, I'm not 50's or over and I haven't 40k/month or 400k deposit. But I heard that after 10 years in Thailand I may become permanent resident and do not need anymore visa, is it true?
