The basic requirement is having been in Thailand on one year extensions of stay for three years and a number of other factors that are given points - one of the primary is monthly income of 80k or more for the best chance of approval. In my case I have applied for 1 Year "non O" multi-entry for the last 8 years because I have 2 kids, I'm not married, I'm not 50's or over and I haven't 40k/month or 400k deposit. But I heard that after 10 years in Thailand I may become permanent resident and do not need anymore visa, is it true? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
