Convert Ogm Files To Avi

Hi,

Can someone please tell me of an easy to use program to convert ogm files to avi. My stand alone media player will not play either mkv or ogm files but will play avi files.

Have looked at Google but am looking for a program that a bm has already used and will work well and is easy to use. Searc h function did not work but I did try!

Any help is appreciated.

This should do what you want. Haven't used that front end, but mencoder is installed on my Linux system and I use it fairly regularly. The results are as ok as you're going to get going from one compressed format to another.

Download Xilisoft converter, it should work, you can convert pretty much if not all every video file to another video file.

Format Factory does just about any video eg. AVI and audio eg. MP3 conversion. Free, fast and very simple to use.
