Renewed warnings? Does anyone actually need a warning to keep small children off motorbikes without adequate protection? It's understandable that most here can't afford vehicles but you can either leave the children with someone or if they need to go, make sure they're fully clothed and wearing a helmet. A "heartfelt" warning is plain BS. This has been going on for decades and they see 3 -5 on a scooter daily, all without helmets and do nothing. That there is no care for children here like in the west is blatantly obvious, and this will continue until more responsible and caring officials are put in position, which could be never. -
