Hi,Just received my new passport from my embassy together with a letter addressed to immigration to transfer the stamp(Non 'O') from my old to the new passport. I was wondering is it possible to do this at the airport at departure or Aranyapathet immigration? Is there anyone who has done this before? Thanks & appreciate for any reply.K.H.

Immigration will transfer your permission to stay, extension of stay, and re-entry permit stamps. Your original Non "O" visa, or any visa, will not be transferred by immigration. Generally advisable to get done by an immigration office and not wait for the airport, they may not be in a magnanimous mood..

Thanks a lot for the replies, its just that I've purchased my outbound ticket online for Sunday & tomorrow is a 50/50 chance of me getting to the immigration on time. I've never been there since it was relocated from Suan Plu. I'm just very concern what happens if I don't make it there. Any helpful suggestions is really appreciated.

Getting there should not be a problem, and doing this should be a priority if you don't want problems. Get up early, get the skytrain to Morchit then a taxi to Chaengwattana. Its not hard, just a little time consuming.

Good advice given by all, and here is a link to the Bangkok Chaeng Watthana Immigration Office on Google Maps:
