Anyone know where to buy de-fatted soy flour in Bangkok? Villa , Tops, Paragon, Emporium and Food Land don't carry it. I checked at Lemon Farm on Sukhumvit 39 and at the main store in Chaeng Wattana - no luck there either. Bakeryland in Samut Prakan only carries full-fat soy flour..

De-fatted Soy flour is one of the ingredients we use in our Fortified Blended food product we produce in Thailand for disaster relief. We also use Isolated Soy Protein. It is basically Soy protein and should be available at one of the GNC stores in BKK. I know there is one in the food court at Robinsons Sukumvit Soi 19.
