1) WIll I get the Thai price (free) if I show Thai driverse license?

2) Where is the best night view of the GP?

At National Parks if you show a work permit you get Thai Price but cannot comment on GP.

I would suggest if you have a long lens go across to the other side of the river to the Navy club looking back onto the GP. The second best is outside the Navy HQ north eastern wall.

I think the free price is based on religion, so if you're there to pray you might get it too

Anybody know what is the nearest BTS / MRT station to the Grand Palace?

No BTS or MRT is within walking distance, easiest way without a taxi would be to take the BTS to Saphan Taksin and take a river boat north to stop 9 (Tha Chang). Make sure you get on a correct line as they don't all stop at the same stops
