Now I understand why a month ago K. Jatuporn said to have clips and to show them in a few weeks time. Probably k. Pasit has been so busy taping that our dear MP needs time to watch it all and select only the juicy bits which he likes. Maybe a search warrant is required to find a few more tapes?

At least this distracts nicely from the Nonthaburi 'bomb making 101' failure, the PTP MP with his qualified secretary who is a good friend of his daughter, some ChiangMai business man and the transfer of money to a fugitive. Well done PTP. If only k. Chalerm wouldn't have warned for violent protests all would be red right.

It also detracts from other PTP MP's hiring a Red Shirt Guard Leader and a Red Shirt Leader as government employees on House Committees.

Meanwhile, with the AWOL film buff Pasit, the legal department is determining if his position is considered that of a state official. If so, the police must transfer his case to the NACC for prosecution and it's not, they will proceed themselves.

Irregardless, he's looking at some serious prison time for his illegal tapings if he should return and be convicted.

I'd be careful about impugning the judges in Thailand if I were you. Several PTP people may find themselves in jail for quite awhile after their parliamentary immunity is no longer in place.

The judges have nothing to hide. They will presenting their decision with detailed reasoning towards the end of the year. Their may even be dissenting views, as has happened in recent Constitution court cases.

As no one can challenge the judges, the judes can, theoretically work backward if necessary, ie conclude on a verdict, and detail the reasoning to support it. However, I do not think Thai judges will do such things. maybe judges in North Korea or Burma, or Cuba, ...

The slideshow is unrelated, but used to 'suggest' a prejudice for the Dem's. To just ignore these slights would cause even more to say 'see they think they're above the law'. To take legal action against unlawfull activities seems proper.

As for 'not for Abhisit, you must be against', keep in mind that k. Thaksin recently won a defamation suite against k. Sondhi. The judicial system works.

Perhaps, just perhaps, once the dust has cleared from the distraction techniques used by the Courts e.g threatening the media with lawsuits for discussing the videos , arranging for Pasits' passport to be revoked, etc the facts may come out.

In these new clips there is apparently another "allegation" regarding the leakage of exam papers to prospective applicants for recruitment (close to the Judges, in one case a Judges son). They are heard clearly talking about what they would do, should knowledge of the alleged exam fraud become known. The answer? Dismiss the tapes as doctored and blame a former court official.

What are the facts?

A guy organised and taped a meeting with a Democrat legal guy and taped it. What was said during this meeting was heavily influenced by the guy that organised the meeting.

The same guy also taped judges discussing a case that they were sitting on. So what?

The guy that made the tapes suddenly leaves the country, so he can't explain what happened.

It is all just being used by the PTP and red shirts to raise doubt about the Constitution Court judges so that when the decision goes for the Democrats they can say "See, the judges are in cahoots with the Democrats".

The video (photo presentation) of Prem with captions indicating that he was conspiring with the judges, released at the same time as the rest of the videos, clearly shows that this is all a set up.

No dear, it's against the law to unduly criticize their rulings after they make them.

Not to criticize them before rulings or in general, but it also must be accurate criticism.

But what we have here is not legitimate critique, but ham fisted attempts to impugn the

judges themselves, and discredit specific rulings before they are made.

to discuss cases and agree on how they will run trials in the case of multi-judge trials.

A assistant/secretary/etc with no political lenience can easily be persuaded to in secret tape every meeting she or he is involved in over a period of 2 weeks for a million bath.

My only question is...did he flee when he figured out who his contractor was or was that always part of the plan?

The only thing I get from that is that if you lived in the US you wouldn't agree with the fourth amendment, but apart from that...I mean, it still doesn't seem to clear what was said during the meetings that was taped. I mean, I have been waiting for a smoking gun quote atleast, but sofar, nothing...only a 'they meet and talked and therefor they are dirty, even if our video recording didn't pick up anything dirty being said'. All very shifty.

As there are interpretations as to the meanings, is there any transcripts to begin with? I mean, if we can agree upon - possibly - what was said, we can argue what it means...

The point being, the fugitive Pasit illegally taped the judges.

The tapes were presented to the public by PTP Spokesman.

Pasit obviously gave the tapes to PTP.

There is duplicity between these 2 entities, unless one were to believe that Pasit sent the surreptitiously taped videos to the PTP completely unsolicited by the PTP, which seems more than a bit of a stretch.
