October 29, 201015 yr any suggestions from people would be welcome You can find many one bedroom apartments around that price range along Soi 12, Pattaya Klang. Just take a walk around. You'll find most of them Thai owned. You'll find the furniture a bit spartan but you won't get quality furnishings for that price.

If you're walking up Pattaya Klang from the beach, it's on the left before you get to 3rd Road. The apartment area I'm talking about is on the beach side of Carrefour and 3rd road. I've seen some pretty big and brand new apartments there for around your price range. You never seem to get much of a kitchen though if it's a Thai owned apartment and most of them seem to asking around 7 baht per kWH for electricity.
