Recommended Posts

Hi, This coming Saturday brings 3 tasty rugby internationals: England v New Zealand, 14:30 Ireland v South Africa, 17:30 Wales v Australia, 14:30 The times are GMT so here it's +7hours. Is there anywhere in CM showing these games? The Ireland v South Africa game will start at 00.30 so it's a late one. Thanks for your help. MF

to my knowledge their is no satellite with a footprint over Chiang Mai that can show the Autumn rugby Internationals. We at The Olde Bell will be showing France's games against Fiji, Argentina and most importantly Australia later this month and I'm sure our colleagues at The UN Irish and Red Lion will be doing likewise. Other than that we're all stumped. Unless anyone out there in ThiaVisa land knows differently!

For atmosphere and HD TV quality, any rugby international involving Australia is best watched at The UN Irish Pub.

In fact for sporting events it is the best overall place to watch them, as they have three TV's in different rooms and you can find one that is showing your particular fancy..

Also, enjoy the best Fish & Chips in town too for 180 Bt. smile.gif

I think its possibly OK to talk about Fish and Chips now that a certain restaurant and its army of internet soldiers have disappeared.

Tut tut....twas all just a small matter of personal opinion.

Don't forget, one man's fish is another man's poisson

Sorry...could'nt help myself
