Today me and my wife where granted the FLR (M) Visa extension.

We applied in person at the public enquiry office in Liverpool at used the premium service. The process was surprisingly easy and very quick was in and out in under 2 hours !!

The only documents they asked to see was the marriage certificate and either 3 months worth of pay slips or bank statements , Not both as stated on the UKBA website and the application form.

Was even given information from the ECO about how to apply for ILR Visa and what documents to bring for when we apply in 2 years time.

A big thank you to this forum for the help i have received along the way.
