Hey, just got married and went through the hassle of legalizing my marriage in Thailand. Now, I'm filling out an I-129F so we can move to the US. A couple of questions have come up:

It seems to say on the form that the I-129F must be submitted to the US and not from outside the US. Can anyone verify this?

Also, I am correct in filling out the I-129F for my spuose even though it states "Petition for Alien Fiance"? I did read that it can be substituted but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Regarding address, do I put my condo address or the my legal address in the US?

thanks

Yes, I have lived here for about 2.5 years.  What is BCIS?

Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS). Think they have an office across the street now from the Bangkok Consulate so you should contact them directly.

Full information is here BCIS
