Bkk To Aust (r)

Looking at popping to land of Oz probably October any recommended sites for good prices. Will consider sitting out on the wing for the right rate if necessitates.

Being a little bit more serious when are the low/shoulder/peak - periods for this route?

I got a flight to Brisbane for 28,000 baht going next week on Thai Airways.

In the past 4 years I have been twice on Singapore Air, who were very good.

18,000 and 20,000 to Sydney.

The best place in bangkok is Khao San road, well for cheap flights anyway.

Valuair has been struggling lately, but has just sold a controlling interest to JetStar Asia (Qantas) for about $A20million. It has been lifting its profile significantly in advertisments in Perth of late. I'm flying Pth-Bkk on 16-17/8 for $A714 (inc Taxes). Obviously not as cheap as originating in Bkk, but the cheapest from Perth by a fair margin.
