Setting Up An Export Company In Thailand

Featured Replies

Hi

I am interested in setting up an export company in Thailand. I wonder how much it will cost in order to register a fully functioning company in bangkok with all export licences for exporting jewelry? The bottom line?

And i also wonder how long it usually takes and which are the steps?

Is there any article in english about this?

Best regards

Hello T-T -

If you send me a conventional e-mail message to which I can reply with attachments, I will send you a set of four documents that lay out the sequence/steps, requirements, cost factors, and considerations for starting a Thai Private Co. Ltd.

Good luck!

Hi Thai-Trader,

It can be as thorough or as simple as you want it to be, depending on your objectives. Friends have mine set up an export company with a virtual office and all legit documents with minimal hassle and expense.

I myself import jewellery to the EU as one product line, but do not export it - the manufacturers do. It may be another option you want to consider, again, depending on your objectives.

Feel free to PM me if you wish to talk about industry matters, but Steve's your man on this board for company set-ups.
