Adult film star to sue Charlie Sheen for assault

NEW YORK (BNO NEWS) -- Adult film actress Capri Anderson on Monday told ABC’s Good Morning America television show that she will file a lawsuit against actor Charlie Sheen on assault and other charges stemming from the last month's incident at a New York hotel room.

The "Two and a half men" actor hired the 22-year-old porn star Anderson to escort him to a dinner-party in New York on October 25. The actor and the adult film star eventually went to Sheen’s room at The Plaza Hotel in New York where he was found next day intoxicated and trashing the room.

Sheen was hospitalized but no charges were filed. He caused around $7,000 in damages to the hotel, which the actor paid. Police reported that a woman as found in the room’s bathroom when the actor trashed the room. The woman was reported to be without harm.

Days later it was known that the mysterious woman was an adult film star, Capri Anderson. She was interviewed by the morning show and revealed her side of the story. She claimed that through her agent she was offered $3,500 to escort Sheen to a dinner-party.

She claimed that the actor was drinking heavily and after a while, Sheen, Anderson and other acquaintances of the actor went for further drinks. A friend of the actor urged Anderson to make sure that Sheen arrived safely to his hotel room so she accompanied him back.

"He definitely was growing more intense as the night grew and went on. It's hard to say being that it was my first time hanging out with him if it was normal of his everyday behavior or not," Anderson said.

When they entered the room, Anderson claimed that the actor prepared drinks and snorted a white powdery substance. She said that the actor was "fairly intoxicated" at that moment but despite this two began kissing and she willingly stayed in the room.

After a while, Anderson was undressed when according to her “things took a turn for the worse.†Sheen put her hands around her neck and she became really uncomfortable and begged him to release her. He complied but became angered and began throwing things at her including a lamp.

"He threw the lamp against the wall in my direction. And once the lamp flew, it was like there was just stuff coming from every angle. He was just, anything he could pick up, he was trashing the place," she said.

The adult film actress said that the actor damaged her expensive purse and she locked herself in the bathroom and called a friend as the actor began shouting offensive words at her. She said she feared for her life and due to the shock did not inform the authorities when they arrived in the morning.

Sheen, 45, allegedly offered her $20,000 for her silence and as an apology but she declined. Anderson added that her $3,500 fee was never paid. The adult actress denied that she accepted having sex with the actor in exchange for money.

Yale Galanter, Sheen’s lawyer, said on Monday that Anderson’s claims against the actor were completely false and said that the accusation was nothing more than a greedy attempt to obtain cash.

"Ms. Capri never made any allegation to the police of any wrongful conduct on the part of Mr. Sheen on the night of the incident and she had every opportunity to do so," Galanter said.

The lawyer said that the next day after the incident she posted in her website that she was fine and that a number of law firms refused her case because they doubt her credibility. When questioned about filing charges about a month later, Anderson said that she was assessing the situation before acting.

According to the New York Daily News, Sheen’s anger was caused after Anderson requested $12,000 for sex while they were in the hotel’s room. The report indicates that the two smoked cocaine in the room before Sheen was rejected by the porn actress until he paid her the money.

"If she pursues legal action, we will defend this vigorously. These allegations against Mr. Sheen are completely false, and are a blatant attempt to cash in on his celebrity," Sheen’s lawyer concluded.

Most porn actresses are available for private performances. They have a web site. Strippers, lady muscle builders, midgets, porn stars just about anything you would desire. That is one of the reasons I came to Thailand. The morals and rampant prostitution in the West were too much for me to take any longer.
