wife is in thailand, she doesnt want to go back to uk, she has eea family permit visa, she has 2 years remaining on it, she has a child born in uk , child has uk passport, if she stayed in los and tried returning in 3 years will she be refused entry? bear in mind she will be bringing uk born child back into uk

advice please . thanks

Ask yourself...child or not...if she hasn't got a valid visa, how will she get into the UK? :whistling:;)

Razz has given sound advice, all new visas to UK are subject (on application) to recent changes in legislation. Whether or not it affects your wife, I don't know, however it must be easier to renew her visa. She must have a valid visa to fly.:ermm:
