Wise transfers
Wise is normally pretty instantaneous but recently I seem to get unnecessary delays. Yesterday I sent £59 from the UK but today it still says "sending". I sent £12 just a few minutes ago and the recipient got it almost instantaneously. I have sent them a message to ask why. It just seems these days delays are getting more frequent. Fortunately this was small amount of money but I am concerned about what happens if this a large amount of cash? Anybody else experiencing this? -

You seem to be confused. As I've already pointed out, there are approximately 1 million immigrants in UK legally. That is, they arrived with the appropriate visa. There are currently approx one hundred thousand asylum seekers. Arrivals by boat are even less. So, no, most coming to UK do not throw their documents into the channel. -

If you are not suggesting that the possibility that this tree caused offence to these individuals' sense of aesthetic beauty and, therefore, should in some way be considered as mitigating circumstances, then what is your point? That we all have a subjective concept of beauty? Yes, agreed. And?
