Lol, yeah. I would hit the sack but I carn't sleep with no air con, got to survive like this for three weeks.  :o

Why three weeks... ?

And anyway after three weeks without aircon you won't need it...

totster :D

No idea. My Dad said something or other about them being delayed. Course I'll need air con after. I'm not going to be sweating every night. Somehow I don't think I'll get used to it.

Well ... We don't have aircon in my wife's families house, and I find that I can get used to it after a couple of weeks, and if it's too hot then a fan does the trick..

I also find that aircon dries out my mouth and throat, and also I believe it's not good for the body to keep going from a cold environment to hot environment all the time, I prefer to try and get used to it..

People may disagree ... just my opinion..

Got the Little Britain DVD last Tuesday( when it went on sale here in the U.S. ) after work at the giant Virgin Megasore in Times Square.

Haven't had a chance to watch it yet, Been really busy this week - I'll do it during the weekend when I have lots of time.

I should be quoting dialogue ( much to Ice Maiden's dismay ) by next week!

Unfortunately, I also missed the premiere of the second season last Wednesday night . Oh well.

I take it that the second season has already been shown in England/Britain now ?

Is it still funny?

:o:D

  • 2 weeks later...

Just going to revive this thread some....

Have the first season of Little Britain on DVD now, seen it twice so far ( only 8 episodes ) Great stuff!

Haven't had a chacne to catch the second season yet, Saw bits and pieces of the third episode last night in between Katrina / New Orleans news.

Two sketches I cought though...

1) loved the "Kenny Craig stage hypnotist" sketch, the one where he is trying to Hypnotise his mom so she won't bother him while he's watching Thundercats cartoon.... :D

2) the sketch of Lou and Andy at the end of the episode, where Lou's van is boxed in the parking lot by another car, and he goes off to get it moved, while Andy gets out of his wheelchair and LIFTS the car over, out of the way, like he was Superman or something!

:o

Can't wait 'till next week!
