Western Union Quick Cash Payments in Thailand

The Western Union Quick Cash payment (I supposed to get) is made in US dollars.

Is it possible to get paid in US dollars as well?

Are there are any legal restrictions for cashing the payment in US dollars (or transferring the payment into my Foreign Currency Bank Account in Thailand) at the local (Thai) Western Union Agent?

I think W.U. only pay in local currency, as they have an exchange rate from International to local currency which they probably profit from. I've never heard of them being used for foreign exchange purposes and I doubt they hold foreign currency in reserve to make payments.
