I know this has been covered before,but can't find it.Is it necessary to go to the transport office to do this in Pattaya.

The buyer wants to see his name in the book,I did see in another thread that Viriyah Insurance company will do it,anyone been down that road.

I have sold a truck and a motorcycle to farangs. Both times I went to a used car dealer and one of the girls there handled things. All I did was sign the book. The buyer had to go to the bureau of motor vehicles office with the girl for a safety and serial number check. I have been on that side of it also. Both times it was in Pattaya. The department of motor vehicles is way out of Pattaya near the Regent's school.
