Will bars be closed on the 9th, since the 10th is Constitution Day or only closed on the 10th?

I'm pretty sure they will be closed only on the 10th.

Although I did buy a bottle of Gordon's Gin yesterday the 5th, with no problem, but yes the all bars were closed. Come to think of it I had four gin and tonics at a friend's bar yesterday, the 5th as well... Kind of a private party.
