Well, I am all for showering before but I must admit that I don't run for the shower afterwards, nor does hubby. I do run to the bathroom however for a quick wash of the pertinent bits. I then rush back to bed to cuddle before the afterglow diminishes.

What a mood breaker to run for the shower right away. It is all part of being intimate.

i must admit, being english and on average showering twice a week (in england) I think thats about right, this idea of having to shower 3 times a day, ye gods, i must admit if i arrive back at 2 oclcok in the morning after my 15 bottles ogf heinekin, showering aint on my list!, next we will be told we can't fart in bed!

I never wash after I say the "s" word.

A shower before it takes place is a must for me and my partner. All crevices and angles must be cleaned so I have no reservations about doing the job to my usual high standards.

Afterwards, although I find it is a bit of a mood breaker, I have to go clean myself in the shower. I don't take a full shower again but clean the used bits. What my lady does afterward is up to her unless we happened to get really dirty.

But seriously, while hygiene has its place (and particularly in the tropics), some people get a bit neurotic about it! I was amazed to learn that my wife had never had the experience of "roughing it" on a camping trip before we met.

Sometimes I wonder why people try so hard to deny that we are just really complicated, social animals...

But honestly, in my line of work sometimes I cant shower for a good 3-4 weeks, so yes I like to be lazy for a while and then get clean again. And I love being clean and tidy b4 as well...........
