There's a place opposite the Beefeater in the same arcade. Both pretty average, good steak and pattaya don't exactly go hand in hand

Try Swiss Food - opposite Windmill in Soi Diamond - excellent quality and value, free salad bar and garlic bread, too.

The Golf Club Bar on LK Metro has a BBQ a couple nights a week and the steaks are very good. It costs about 550 baht for a steak. The good steaks in Thailand are imported from Australia because most of the local beef is very tough.

the dianna dragon in soi dianna,near soi bukho,to me is the best value and tenderest i've had in pattaya,160bt,pepper/s etc, salad,all u can eat and either potato in jacket or chips and vegs

Le Katai restaurant in soi Lengkee (straight across soi Buakhaow from soi Diana), has specials each day of the week. On Thursdays it is sirloin steak with baked potato and salad. The steak is very well cooked to your liking and is a fair portion. The cost? 129 baht! And a glass of wine costs 60 baht. Unbeatable. On Tuesdays it is rib-eye, but I haven't tried that.

Golf Club uses Thai beef, but better quality Thai beef.

Look no futher than The Golf Club, the rib-eye is just like back home.
