For anyone looking for something a little different that has a Thai flavor and isn't a wooden frog, you should check out the small temporary "store" on the ground floor of Royal Garden only until 5 January.

They have all kinds of bags and luggage, large and small, huge variety made with quaint actual Thai print items, such as rice bags. I saw these items featured in the Nation newspaper before (it's out of Bangkok) but have not seen for sale in Pattaya until now (well I've seen a few, but not a complete inventory).

So now's your chance to have a look.

BTW, the prices are very reasonable, and without asking, I was offered a discount on an item I was perusing ...
