Hello,

I plan to buy some fresh sea food (crab, fish, oyster, shrimp..) in Bangkok to bring it with lot of ice of course to my family in the north of thailand. My problem is i want to buy it in the end of morning (around 10 am) where i can find fresh and lot of choice please in the city ?

There's a restaurant we go to locally with wonderful seafood and I had my wife ask them were they buy their fish/prawns: Here's what I was told:

Above may or may not help....as I don't know where this market is, but am told it's about 30 mins. outside of BKK.

Maybe others can shed some light.

Try Mahachai marked in Samut Sakhon. There is a direct train between Wong Wian Yai in Thon Buri and Mahachai Marked.

Takes about one hour one way and the train stops in the middle of the marked.
