I like Tom Yum but I can't quite make a good soup at home. I've tried MANY different kinds of the tom yum paste in the glass jar. None of them seem to have the right taste I'm looking for. The paste that I think tastes best is in Mama brand tom yum instant noodle. How come none of the real tom yum pastes taste like that? Is there a brand that makes a paste that tastes a lot like the Mama brand? I've tried Por Kwan, TAS elephant brand and a couple others. None taste good to me.

You can buy it in siam paragon I find their products to be very good and prefer this brand over any other.
