webfact Posted December 28, 2010 Share Posted December 28, 2010 7 killed after pick-up crashes into pedestrian bridge Seven were killed after their speeding pick-up truck crashed into a supporting pillar of a pedestrian bridge in Bangkok Tuesday morning. The accident occurred in front of Soi 82 on Rama II Highway in Bang Khunthien district. Police said the truck hit the supporting pillar of the bridge on the inbound Rama II Road. Five were killed inside the truck and two others were hurled outside and died at the Rama II Hospital police said. Thailand has had F.1. on their roads for years, The real road race wouldn,t be much different to everyday on some of these roads. speed retarders every 200 meters. ???
