Bargirls Land Rights In Canada

Featured Replies

The prostitute I married, dumped me and married a Canadian, within one year , she had married him in Canada, as well as in Thailand. Now she says she owns houses in Canada. Can this be possible?

I am not aware of any Canadian law prohibiting foreigners from owning property (land) in Canada.

Need to give her credit, she is a go getter. The mugs that are picking her up ain't to smart.

Since she is the OP's former wife, why the ongoing interest in her lies?

Get a life Nanphew.

If you are still married to her then no she cannot, if not then yes she can.

By the OP statement if she did not get a divorce then its bigamy.:whistling:

If you are being sarcastic, or at least trying to be, then you should have made yourself clear in your post.

Oh and yes the replies are accurate and meaningful.

I was not being sarcastic, I should have said ''divorced'' instead of ''dumped''.

Apologies

I have no idea of the law in Canada but why couldn't she own land in Canada.

What makes you think she owns the house with her new man? Did he buy her a house in Canada?

I asked a question, I got my answer. I am only sitting at my computor all day because I have a broken leg, Otherwise, I would be out living. Topic over, end of discussion.

Seems she has done a lot better for herself in more ways than one divorcing you. It looks like a good move.

What does this have to do with visas or migration to other countries? Is th OP asking if a Canadian by marriage can own land in Canada, then the answer is yes. The fact that he's calling his ex a bargirl makes the whole issue moot.

Living under a bridge could be difficult in some places, but in Thailand it seems both common and comfortable for some :)
