Copying Apparel Styles

I saw a tv program where an American tourist brought in a pic of a wardrobe that she liked from a famous designer. She showed it to the tailor there. The tailor would duplicate this similar style with the fabric that the tourist wanted and got it done within 6 hours. The tourist said she saved like $120 bucks. Another instance was where a tourist was wearing a designer jacket and asked the tailor to to dupilcate it. Sure enough within hours, the same style jacket was made for much less. I was pretty amazed. What apparel stores in Bangkok can do this?
