My pal is designing solar panels for poor farmers in Kampuchea. He needs an ACRYLIC RESIN for the clear panels, which he will sandwich together with the cells using the acrylic resin.

It's supposed to be clear, weatherproof, and non-corrosive to the sola cells/electronics.
