Not taking sides but I believe based on his accounts the former owner knew so did the agent since the filing for compensation happened prior to sale. They also just finished the runway started testing and operation reason no noise when he moved in until now. -

Why Do You Even Drink?
I don't know much about wine. I'll take your word for it that that wine tastes good and is worth the exorbitant price tag. In fact, wine is so good that it's highly addictive. You end up drinking it every night, sometimes 2-3 glasses. It's way too easy to go beyond safe limits where it starts to harm your liver and shrink your brain. So screw wine. If I gave up pizza and cakes and ice cream, I can give up wine too. Such is life. We're cursed creatures. A lot of stuff that tastes good is not good for us. I'll give God a piece of my mind when I see him. Why can't alcohol just be good for us, damn you God !!!! -

It’s a very odd election promise to be making in the last month of the campaign. It doesn’t bring in any votes from the expat voters who have already submitted their vote and it’s too late, in many states, to encourage expat citizens who have not already applied for their absentee ballot. What’s even odder is, postal voting has been the subject of long standing attacks from Trump and not a means of voting favored by his citizen supporters. Moreover, expat U.S. Citizens already enjoy a generous fixed amount tax allowance and there is lies a clue to why Trump might think this a good idea. A zero tax rate for expatriate Americans would be a huge gift to those hyper wealthy Americans living overseas. -

Big bike forced off road by car on Bangkok highway - video
A dramatic incident occurred on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road in Bangkok when a big bike was forced off the road by a car and ended up in the median strip’s bushes. The shocking footage was captured and posted on TikTok by user @noeyjirawadee. The incident, which happened yesterday, October 10, shows the motorbike rider travelling in the middle lane behind a car. As the bike attempts to overtake, the car suddenly veers to the right, either attempting a sudden lane change or intentionally pushing the bike off the lane. This caused the motorbike to fall, and the rider was thrown into the median strip filled with bushes. The car involved, which is believed to be a silver MG ZS, sped off without stopping to check on the rider’s condition.
