While back home, the local hardware store had a great winter sale on some really cool tiki torches. So...purchased 4, but obviously, could not bring in the citronella fuel on the plane. I thought I could get that locally....well....having some problems.

We looked at a few places on Thepprasit, but no luck. Tried TrueValue...out...and have been for months.

I saw some torches for sale at the place in front of HomeWorks. They guy said the fuel can be had at a hardware store...but we've yet to find one. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated!!!!

Thanks, I'll give it a try. I've had no luck, outside a report that some can be found in Bangkok...but won't be traveling there for some time.

So, my friend has recommended kerosine. Maybe I can add citronella extract to it? We'll see...

I saw a few posts on some other sites but not much specific. Things about equivalence to Lemongrass, some home made recipies etc. I am mildly surprised that it has been hard to find. Might be worth ordering online from some site and having it delivered, if you live there?
