Collecting Druk Air Ticket

Hi guys,

I'll be travelling to BKK on 8th sept and reach there by 6 in the morning of 9th sept. Upon arrival I'm supposed to pick up my air tickets to Bhutan from the Druk Air office in the airport. I've sent an email to their office but no response so far.

I managed to get an address of their office as below.

Central Block

Bangkok International Airport

Which part of the airport is it located? I arrive at terminal 1. How do I collect my tickets on arrival?

Please help.
