Bringing Dog To Bkk- Kennel/residence, Paperwork

we are moving to bangkok and have a pet medium-sized dog. do you know what papers are required to bring the dog from europe (spain).

we will have to put her in a residence/kennel in bangkok while we look for a house to stay. which would be the best ones? preferably one that could do some training as well, cos she still needs to learn a lot of things! not sure how we would also get her from the airport to the residence...

would really appreciate help on this as could not find depdendable info on the paperwork anywhere- different advice, and no information on kennels anywhere.
