Open Tonight In Pattaya (Fri 18Th)

Hi All,

I know we have these topics every Buddha day/ Royal birthday/ election/ etc, and the OP usually gets slagged off for being an alcoholic and told to get a life. Before that starts lets get straight that I do have a life, and am not an alcoholic (I will be told I am in denial now ).

I have a genuine reason for wanting to go out tonight, it is something I have planned with a group of friends for weeks before realising it is Macha Buccha day.

So without flaming can anyone answer, is tonight business as usual, restricted (coffe cups etc), or complete write off?

As far as I know entertainment venues will be closed. But still yesterday's afternoon most bars were wationg for the official police announcment. Imho most places will be closed and it is also a good opportunity to visit a temple today and reflect your life.

might be a few places trying the coffee cup trick, but the pubs, go-gos etc.. will not be serving today!
