Resort For A 4 Year Old

Featured Replies

I am hoping to meet up with my son and 4 year old grandson current;y living in australia, in thailand towards the end of the year. on another forum, the clubmed in phuket has been suggested as a great family holiday.

are there any other resorts in thailand which would provide fun for a 4 year old? anywhere in thailand would be OK apart from pattaya.

many thanks for all help.

Though I hate Pattaya with a passion and would prefer someone bomb the place and start again, the Centara resort in Pattaya is wonderful and self contained, well set up with kids play rooms, numerous water slides, private beach etc. Our 4 year old didn't want to leave.

Useful if you need to be near Bangkok.

A bit further afield, but keeps you close to BKK is the Dolphin Bay resort in Hua Hin. Not a 5 star resort, it is nevertheless a popular weekender for BKK based expat families with young kids.

The Marriott in Hua Hin is very nice and kid friendly It has an awesome pool and activities for the kids.

The CourtYard Marriot in Kamala, phuket is also very nice, kid friendly and family orienated. Big pool, play area and across the street from the beach

The Arcadia is GREAT, 2 HUGE pools on karon Beach.

Then again any of the hotel/resorts in the Laguna area of Phuket are very good.
