I see that I can get Top Posters results from the Forum Portal. Is there any way to query something like "Top Ignored Posters" i.e. which users appear most frequently on other users' ignore lists? (My prediction is that there's quite a bit of overlap between the 2 lists.)

What does the ignore list do?

If you have someone on your ignore list (set in "my controls") you will not see postings or private messages from that person, only a little tag showing where their post is which you can click if you choose to read it. Similar to the popup blocker in firefox.
