UPDATE:

I took my 3 weeks of antibiotics and have an appointment with the urologist tomorrow. I had to get a blood test, unrelated, yesterday and I asked them to do a PSA test just for curiosity. PSA test was 1.19, great. A lot better than my previous 8+-. So I assume i am okay now and it was prostate infection and not cancer. Glad I didnt just do the biopsy like the first doctor wanted

thanks for everybody's help

Great! Indeed sounds to have just been prostitis. Congratulations on being wise enough to question the lack of testing by the first doc and getting a second opinion, saved yourself both discomfort and expense.

thanks to everybody's help on this. If you need this sort of doctor in pattaya, a urologist, go to pattaya international on soi 4. He is really good in my opinion
