Hi. I am helping a friend put together a will and do some planning for his death.

He is interested in a secular/nonreligious cremation here in Thailand.

Has anyone heard of this service being offered in Thailand?

Thanks

All the crematoriums I have ever heard of are in Wats, but no reason why they can't do the cremation without the chanting etc. The usual rituals done are not in any way prescribed by Buddhist teachings, they are just a cultural tradition.
