I see the Pagoda Restaurant in the Jomtien Complex has closed for business,this was opposite the Thai blind massage.

If I recall correctly it had plants/shrubs outside and was a fine dining restaurant.

They were always advertising on the Pattaya Television.

Never saw many customers inside though.

Awful and expensive German food - can't say I am surprised it closed.

Jomtien Complex looks like a Baghdad neighbourhood for the moment.
