I used to get great haircuts in the Middle East, and was wondering if there was anything comparable in Pattaya.

I’ve done some internet searching and tried out a few in person, but no cigar.

The best I found was at the Kuwait Airport and was run by Lebanese.

I also had similar service with Indian barbers, and one Turk barber.

At the airport, the “Works” package included Shampoo, Facial, Haircut and eyebrows trimmed, shave including around the full hairline, waxing the nose and ears, sometime singeing the ear hairs, facial hair threading, and a 5-10 minute head/back/arms/head massage.

It was a very good price as well (for Kuwait), about 1000 baht ($30USD), but I felt like a million bucks.

All these services, except the hair singeing and massage, are available at the traditional barber shop at the corner of 2nd Road and Central (a few shops up from the gold shop).

There's probably a barber in Arab Town.
